Tom Lynch is an associate geotechnical engineer with extensive experience in the Mining, Civil, Infrastructure, and Oil & Gas industries.  He has provided valuable advice and guidance on various civil infrastructure projects, including roads, rail systems, dams, and construction site development.  In the mining sector, Tom has been involved in mine rehabilitation, hazard control, and the development of mine infrastructure.

He is skilled in conducting geotechnical field investigations, data analysis, and designing geotechnical structures.  Tom actively engages in projects, providing both geotechnical support and project management services.  He offers professional advice on geohazards and specialises in proactive risk mitigation.

Additionally, Tom manages site construction activities and provides geotechnical advice to project managers and technical services departments.  He is known for his commitment to achieving positive client outcomes and prioritising production and safety.  Tom is currently involved in cross-disciplinary geotechnical projects and mentors junior staff members in their geotechnical careers.
