Operations Manager

Nikki joins the Cartledge Mining and Geotechnics team as our first Operations Manager. She brings to our growing team a wealth of experience in sales and field management, as well as a deep understanding of how to build and manage successful teams.

Her role at CM&G will be to update our systems and processes to enable better business development. She will be responsible for streamlining operations, and creating efficiencies, and growing the business.
